Harold’s family would like to express their sincere gratitude to family, friends, neighbors, and the Trinity church family for their thoughts, prayers, and support during Harry’s lengthy illness.

The professionalism, kindness, caring, and friendship shown to Harry by the doctors, nurses, aides, and staff of the dialysis center in Bowling Green made it possible for him to complete the years of dialysis without complaining or missing treatments – he always had a positive attitude. Thank you all for your dedication.

The waiting room group at DCA – caregivers and patients – was a great source of comfort and support.

Harry was transported by wheelchair in a taxi in the last few weeks. The taxi driver took special care to see that he was safe and comfortable. His kindness and concern were special.

The caregivers from Interim Care who came to our home provided more than personal care. They were his friends - supportive, caring and helpful. We became a team whose purpose was to take good care of Harry.

We want to thank the entire staff of Bowling Manor, Dr. Park, the Hospice team, and the nurses for their professionalism and support. A special thank you goes to his niece and the other aides that provided his personal care. They were just great!
