Obituary for Kenneth Jewson

Kenneth Jewson passed away on January 6, 2018. He was born on February 27, 1927 to Earl and Margaret Jewson.

Ken is survived by his wife of 66 years Margaret (Luffy) Jewson; sister in law Marguerite Jewson; daughters: Diana (Jim) Rettig, Debbie Jewson-Valasek, Dorothy (Kim) Thornton, Donna Garton; grandchildren: Deana (Jeff) Pratt, Stacy (Scott) Kearney, Michael (Andrea) Valasek, Jordan (Amanda) Valasek, Allen Valasek, Kenny (Ashley) Thornton, Lance (Mariska) Thornton, Andy (Kiely White) Thornton, Joshua (Jodi) Miller, Jay Miller, Sally Wienclaw; great grandchildren: Olivia, Natalie, Isabella, Juliana, Raymond, Dylan, Emily, Jamie, Alisyn, Benji, Katherine, Samantha & Georgianna; best friend Dick Ingalsbe and his Little Buddy Chewy.
He was predeceased by his parents and brother Rowland Jewson.

Ken worked 36 years at Brinks. He was a Navy veteran (and made a trip with Honor Flight), he enjoyed being a member of the Conn Weissenberger American Legion Post, Toledo Rock and Gem Club (Where he was a past president), and Wernert Corner Civic Club.

He was an avid follower of the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Toledo Rockets. He was a proud Brother to Hiram of the Onondaga Tribe.

Per his request there will no funeral services.
